How To Return A Product:
All products purchased through this web site or otherwise
purchased directly from Swing Jacket, a division of The Ultimate Swing Teacher
Inc., are covered by our Great
Swing Guarantee.
Swing Jacket Great Swing Guarantee: All products purchased directly through this web
site or otherwise purchased directly from Swing Jacket, a division of The
Ultimate Swing Teacher Inc. may be returned within 60 days of the date of
purchase for a full refund of the purchase price of the product(s) purchased.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Our unconditional guarantee
applies to the person or company who purchased the product. If you
purchased a Swing Jacket or other product sold by us from a person or entity
other than Swing Jacket you need to make any warrantee or guarantee claims with
that person or entity.
International Customers: Customers outside of the US please be aware that your local authorities may assess duties, taxes, tariffs and potentially customs brokerage fees in relation to your importing the Swing Jacket. All such fees and assessments are the responsibility of you as the importer of the goods. Swing Jacket is not responsible for collecting or remitting any fees or assessments to your local authorities. Such fees could be extensive.
Return Procedure:
Contact Swing Jacket Customer Service at
1-877-219-6124 or 480-940-7373 for an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization
Number). The RMA number allows us to associate your return with your account
and thus to ensure any credit is properly applied to your credit card. To expedite your call and the issuance of
your RMA# please:
1. Have your original
invoice available to provide us with your order number.
2. Return all materials you
wish to receive a credit for. Refer to the price list below for the price of
individual items you may wish to keep or that are not returned to us. If you
are returning a complete Swing Jacket package be sure to include the original
manual, DVD(s), carrying bag and the Swing Jacket.
3. To ensure efficient
handling of your return include a copy of your original invoice with the RMA#
clearly printed on it.
4. If you do not have your
original invoice write your name, the address (including zip code) we shipped
the product to, your RMA # and a telephone number where we may reach you, to
ensure your credit is issued correctly.
5.
Write your RMA # on the
outside of the package you ship back to us.

We strongly recommend that any returned items be
shipped via courier or postage service level that allows you to track receipt
of the package by Swing Jacket. This will ensure that you will have recourse
against the carrier should your package not arrive at Swing Jacket. Swing Jacket cannot take responsibility for
products that do not arrive at its facilities.
We will issue your credit within 3 business days
of receiving your properly labeled package.
Shipping and handling fees and charges are not refundable. Further, your credit will be reduced by the amount listed
below for any damaged items or items not returned:
